• After decades of service, the Realistic STA-52\'s power supply, amplifier section, FM/AM tuner, preamplifier circuits, input selector, volume and tone controls, switches, and illuminated dial system require careful inspection before restoration begins.
• For this STA-52, HQaudios paid particular attention to the condition of the power supply, output stage, tuner section, controls, switches, potentiometers, speaker terminals, RCA connections, and internal wiring.
• The amplifier circuits, tuner alignment, signal path, dial illumination, tuning mechanism, meters, and front-panel controls were also carefully evaluated to determine the receiver\'s overall operating condition before restoration began.
