This is a very old neat copy of Real Life Comics #44 G (2.0) Pines May 1948. There is an approx 1\" tear at upper edge front that goes thru most of comic but does not affect storyline, stains on front/back, spine roll, approx 2\" tear on back outer edge and stress lines, creases and nicks along the spine and edges. There is an approx 1/2\" tear on the right edge/corner that runs thru about 1/2 the comic but does not affect storyline, in the margins. There is age discoloration on inside pages and covers.
