I don\'t remember where I got this book but I know I\'ve had it well over a decade, maybe two. I found a couple pages are loose as the binding is fragile, so I can\'t guarantee there isn\'t a missing page or two. The book is 332 pages plus an extra 16 for what appears to be notes from the contributors to the book. This is a great addition to any collector\'s library.
