In the early stages, the front of the copper coins bore the inscription \"Heavenly Kingdom,\" while the back bore \"Holy Treasures,\" with Xiaoping and Dangshi denominations. There were also Dangshi coins with the inscription \"Tongbao\" on the back. Later, coins of four sizes were minted with the front inscription \"Taiping Heavenly Kingdom\" and the back inscription \"Holy Treasures,\" with Xiaoping coins being the most common.
