Extremely rare 1939 only Lionel 231 locomotive with 2231t tender in excellent original condition with the exception of the tender frame draw bar holder being broken off and missing. This item has the correct boiler front, front coupler, and the proper original stamp on tender base. (See photos). We have had very few of these over the last 50 years and always considered it the hardest version of B6 Lionel switchers.
