Still works including lightbulb after a century.... take 2 D batteries

label that reads: “PERMISSIBLE / Electric Flashlight / Stewart R. Browne Mfg. Co., Inc. /... / NEW YORK, N.Y. / Approved for Safety in /... and Air Mixtures” and that carries the seal of the U.S. Bureau of Mines. The Stewart R. Browne Mfg. Co. was formed in in 1918. Permissible, in this instance, meant safe for use in mines.
☆ This flashlight is made of material companies don\'t make any more or manufacture, it\'s from World War I era 1918, and it\'s over a 100 years old (1 century, antique), and the light bulb still works. It\'s selling for $1200 at antique shops online (see last picture for better details), so I posted mine for $175 but willing to take offers.
