Rare 1906 Mercantile Glass Display Case manufactured by Welch-Wilmarth of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I believe this is leaded glass. It’s quite heavy. The bad: there are some small glass chips around the edges of this but no visible cracks. The glass itself measures 4ft 11” long, base is exactly 5ft. It stands 11 inches tall. And the depth or width is exactly 11 1/2 inches. There are two separate glass shelves inside. Each has two independent metal shelf brackets. Bottom portion is approximately 4 1/4 inches tall beneath glass shelf. Upper shelf measures 4 3/4 inches tall. I purchased this from an estate in Washington County Pa many years ago and no longer have a use for it. Sold as is, no returns.
