This is a sealed box from dollar general in the late 90s. All packs inside are sealed an I weighed because I don’t want to open the main packaging. There is a slight terror and damage to the outer box but all packs are sealed inside. This is super rare and I can’t find much on them. The booster could be a heavy pack according to AI chats.
