Expert Packing: We use our specialized foam shippers to ensure your eggs survive the bumpy ride to your door.
Fertility: We monitor fertility constantly on-site, but we cannot guarantee your hatch rate. Shipping is hard on delicate air cells, and your local incubator settings are out of our control.
Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground to get them to you fast.
No Refunds/Returns: Due to the nature of hatching eggs, all sales are final.
Holds: if you need your order delays i will hold your order up to 2 weeks. If this is not specified at time of ordering I process in the order they are recieved and if I have no wait list they ship the next day.
