Vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date reference 6519, serial number 146xxxx, dating to approximately 1966.
This is a classic ladies’ stainless-steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date with a silver dial, applied hour markers, automatic movement, date display with Cyclops magnifier, and Oyster-style bracelet.
The watch has recently been serviced by the seller. The movement was disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and adjusted, and it has been running strong during post-service testing. The acrylic crystal has been replaced with a new aftermarket crystal, which gives the watch a much cleaner appearance while preserving the vintage character of the watch. The dial and hands show normal age-related wear and patina consistent with a vintage watch. The case and bracelet also show signs of normal use. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are an important part of the description. As with any vintage mechanical watch, daily accuracy may vary depending on position, activity, temperature and state of wind.
