RNC BMX TITANIUM PEGS
The RNC BMX Titanium Pegs are engineered for maximum strength at minimum weight, precision machined from 6Al-4V titanium and internally taper bored to remove unnecessary material while maintaining strength where it\'s needed most.
HEAT-TREATED 6AL-4V TITANIUM
CNC machined from 6Al-4V titanium, then heat treated and aged to approximately 170,000 PSI tensile strength for exceptional strength, durability, and impact resistance.
WEIGHT-OPTIMIZED TAPERED DESIGN
The internal diameter is precision taper bored, allowing the wall thickness to vary along the length of the peg.
Wall thickness increases from approximately .070\" at the tip to .125\" at the base, concentrating material where loads are highest while removing unnecessary weight toward the end of the peg.
The result is an extremely lightweight titanium peg designed without sacrificing the strength required for BMX riding.
