Both work great! The ladies in the middle spin slowly while turned on, it's very pretty. One of the lamps motor is a
c/ccw motor, so it turns both ways. If the oil doesn't run for a second, it's not broken! You can switch it on and then off a couple times to kick the motor the correct way. The statue in the middle should be spinning clockwise (to the right). The other has no issues. They are very quiet. I restrung and cleaned them right before listing them so they're dust free and ready to run upon receiving them.There are a few flaws, as they are very old, but in great condition otherwise. A crack in the top shade, a couple little chips, and some slight bubbling of the paint on the rim of one of the lamps. They aren't to noticeable overall.These are a nearly identical matching pair, incredibly difficult to find and look wonderful as statement pieces. I really wish I could keep them but It just isn't practical anymore...
