It is an aftermarket Caliper Drive chain Tensioner made by Cancilla Motorcycle Engineering.
This does not come with any mounting hardware, that is missing from the package.I am not sure exactly what years this fits, but it shows the early right side chain model. So I think it fits 1981 and 1982 ATC250R only.
