Rare vintage Diane Von Furstenberg interchangeable collar necklace featuring a sculptural lucite ring system.
This is the harder-to-find version with three round “donut” inserts in deep red, marbled amber, and forest green. Most examples seen are the heart variation and typically include only one or two inserts—this set is complete and far less common.
The collar is a clean, minimalist gold tone design that allows the inserts to slide and be changed out for different looks. It has a strong modernist feel and wears more like a design piece than traditional jewelry.
Signed DVF and includes the original box, which is rarely still paired with these.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. The collar has no pitting to the finish, which is uncommon for pieces of this age. Light, normal signs of wear only. Lucite inserts are clean with minor surface wear consistent with age.
