Large 24” wood Chinese Checkers board made by Kontinental Kangaroo Company of Atlanta, Georgia in 1937. This is a flat board (no holes for pegs or marbles). No playing pieces are included. This can be used for play or as wall art.
Each corner of the board has a different colored kangaroo with different city name: New Orleans, Atlanta, Hollywood, Chicago, New York, and Miami. The board measures about 24 inches to each flat side, 27.5 inches to each corner, and 1/4 inch thick. It weighs almost 2.5 pounds.
No cracks or breaks in the wood. The last 2 photos show the aging/wear on the glossy surface.
