Condition notes (please see all 12 photos):
• Figure itself is mint and untouched inside the bubble
• Bubble is clear and firmly attached but has a visible dent/crease over the head (common with these soft 90s blisters)
• Card shows honest shelf wear: corner dings, light edge rubbing, and a couple small scuffs — still perfectly displayable and all artwork crisp
Super scarce figure from this short-lived, underground Japanese designer toy series — the black burglar is the most popular/chaser variant and almost never appears carded outside Japan.
