This playmat was signed by Mr. Rush at the 2015 Indianapolis GP. Only 300 of these playmats were printed and less than 100 were signed by the artist himself. (Most others are an artist stamp, you can tell by the presence of a black lotus symbol to the left of the signature)The legendary Mr. Christopher Rush (1965–2016) was an iconic illustrator for Magic: The Gathering, best known for creating the game\'s most legendary card, the Black Lotus, and designing the classic mana symbols.
Mr. Rush passed away less than a year after this was signed, making these one of the last playmats signed by him at a convention.
