Around 10 years ago Mike Mos dream of being a professional skateboarder for @girlskateboards was shattered due to a tragic accident that caused nerve damage in his foot preventing him from harnessing the same ability he had before.
As a way to honor him and his legacy and a testament to the type of skateboard company Girl is they continued to keep his pro board in their line-up years following his injury.
In 2020 Mike told Girl he wanted to drop one last board. These were set to release in 2022. After production, (boards already printed) and before release they decided at the very last second to hold for the 10 year anniversary, and so they did. @mikemo
