Beautiful and unusual Russian Orthodox three-panel folding devotional icon (skladen) featuring:

* Left panel: Great Martyr St. Catherine of Alexandria
* Right panel: Great Martyr St. Barbara
* Cyrillic inscriptions throughout
* Original folding/hinged construction
* Decorative metal protective corner fittings on the reverse

This is a vintage/antique Russian Orthodox devotional piece with substantial age and character. The panels show extensive age-related patina, surface wear, discoloration and imperfections consistent with an old religious object. The original folding construction and metal hardware remain intact.
