BACKGROUND FOR CREATING THIS SERIES OF BOOKS:
In the early 20th century there was a popular\"Father and Son\" social movement which emphasized the importance of strong relationships between fathers and sons. In conjunction with this social movement, the 20 volume “Father and Son Library” set of books was published in 1921.
Volume 20 includes copies ofDetailed RecordandAveragecharts for annual reviews (pictures 23 and 24).These charts are to record progress for mental, physical, religious, and social development of which there are several categories for each.
INDIVIDUAL BOOK INFORMATION:
At the beginning of each book is a full page color picture which represents the overall theme of the book.Throughout the books are many pictures both in color and black & white as well and numerous diagrams, drawings, carts, etc.

CONDITION:
Overall condition is excellent.There is no handwriting within the books.Some bindings show some wear, but are all still in tact with no loose pages.Minor shelf wear appears along edges and corners which would be normal for 104 year old books.
