Available for purchase is an original store counter jar for selling packs of Lance crackers and cookies. This an early jar from the 1930s with the blue painted crossed lance logo below the slogan \"INSIST ON LANCE\'S\". The jar is octagonal shape with the logo on 4 sides. The jar has its original glass lid and a flat bottom. It stands about 10 1/2\" tall including the lid (9\" with lid removed) and measures about 9 3/4\" wide. The top rim has an outside diameter of 7 7/8\" and an inside diameter of 6 1/4\". I purchased this jar at a recent estate sale. It\'s guaranteed to be an original 1930s jar and NOT a reproduction. The inside rim of the lid and inside edge of the jar have a few very minor nicks. The underside of the base has age-appropriate shelf wearconsistent with a 90+ year-old jar.
