QA1 offers an assortment of high travel springs with a black powder coated finish. Made in the USA, these 2\" I. D. high travel springs are manufactured from specially designed high-tensile, chrome silicon alloy spring wire, which allows them to have fewer coils and a smaller wire diameter. As a result, these springs are lighter and have increased travel due to the larger distance between the coils. These lighter springs reduce unsprung weight and react faster, optimizing suspension performance. QA1\'s high travel springs are proudly made in the USA. All QA1\'springs are lifetime guaranteed to remain within 2% of the original free height and rate under normal operating conditions.

Shipping
We send all orders over $200 (shipping included) SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes on orders over $200. All items will be declared as actual value, we do not mark as gift or at a reduced value. Any shipping costs are based on weight, size, and number of packages. We try to consolidate as many items into one shipment as we can. Some items cannot be combined due to size or weight.
Returns
New & unused items may be returned within 30 days of invoice. Items must be in the original packaging. All video tapes, software, books and electrical items MAY NOT be returned! Shipments must be PREPAID using UPS, US Mail, or FedEx Ground. Collect shipments will be refused. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package for the full value. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Freight on new returns may be deducted from the refund amount if the original sale had free shipping. Please note, in some cases, a restocking fee also may be deducted from the original amount. For defective returns, please provide as much information as possible in the return request. Please provide pictures if possible (for both the item and the packaging).
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Request a return authorization through your account. Wait for an RGA number to be issued Write the RGA number on the outside of your shipping box, and ship the item.
