SHIPPING SPEED AND DELIVERY TIME

*Delivery times go into effect the business day after your order is processed and marked shipped. *Processing time is 1-2 Business days.

Processing/Shipping: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Currently, we do not process orders over weekends or holidays. 

Standard shipping (2-8 business days) for delivery depending on location once the order has been marked as shipped.

Delivery confirmation may take 24-48 hours to update in USPS system online and can be viewed on USPS main site for updates.

Shipping is via USPS for all Economy and Priority shipping methods selected, please verify shipping address provided is valid for USPS delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders over $200 require Direct Signature. There are no exceptions.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Domestic shipping only in the United States.  No Freight Forward Locations or shipments outside of the United States including APO, FPO or DPO. 

ADDRESS VERIFICATION 

Addresses that do not pass USPS address verification may require additional confirmation to be processed.  This may happen if the Suite/Apt number is not found or the address has been marked as invalid by the postal service.  If our shipping staff is unable to verify the shipping address we would need additional information to process the shipment.  An email will be sent to verify the shipping information is correct via messaging system.

Please verify magazine model and caliber are correct before confirming buy it now or offerding on the item. Once received please confirm the model and caliber is correct for your firearm before removing sealed factory packaging. To qualify for return or refund products need to be in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Any product which has been removed from non-resealable poly bags or manufacturer tamper seal broken is non-returnable and subject to a 20% restock fee. Any product which has been cycled: loaded with ammunition, installed, inserted or tampered with internals is non-returnable. Please verify size before checkout. Currently, we do not accept used or opened products due to the ordering of the wrong item under any circumstances.

Currently, we do not ship to hotels or freight forward locations and may be subject to cancellation.

Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded.

Some products may qualify for factory replacement. In those cases, we may refer you to the manufacturer for a product exchange or technical support. Please send us an through messaging system for customer support information.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to GunMagWarehouse within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once your return is received and inspected by GunMagWarehouse (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Please note orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing.

CONDITIONS

Please read all conditions below for returns, GunMagWarehouse may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee if a return is received without an RA number for processing.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Miami warehouse unless there was an error on our part.

RMA #: All returns need a RA (Return Authorization) number provided by us.

Return Shipping Options: For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Any Returned, Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package may be subject to a 20% Service Fee.

Restocking Fees: Any orders over $800 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
