Care Instructions:
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel and avoid soaking in water to protect the finish.
Eligible for Replacement:
We provide single-tile replacements for manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted/misaligned patterns, or uncleanable ink overflow. Issues such as missing tiles, incorrect tile types, or visible cracks/chips caused during transit are also fully covered.
Refunds & Limitations:
Partial refunds are issued for defects within a reasonable range; we do not accept full-order returns for minor individual flaws. For major unfixable issues, such as severe color deviation or large-scale damage, a partial refund or order remake will be negotiated upon verification.
Important Notes:
These mahjong tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored. Small handmade inconsistencies are normal and do not qualify for after-sales service. Slight surface ink overflow is common; simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth.

Due to variations in production batches, machinery and equipment, there may be small color, position and/or size differences. These can be difficult to avoid and are considered normal phenomena, and will not be considered as cause for after-sales. Thank you for understanding the intricacies of the printing process.
