Installation Steps
1. First, remove both front wheels and disconnect power.
2. Remove the fixing bolts and detach the outer tie rod ends from both sides.
3. Remove the bottom plate to clear access and smoothly extract the old steering gear.
4. Disconnect the old steering gear from the vehicle.
5. Remove the old steering gear.
6. Remove the fixing bolts and take off the steering gear.
7. Dismantle the motor connection for later reuse.
8. Remove the outer tie rod ends for later reuse.
9. Compare old and new steering gears.
10. Reinstall the new steering gear onto the outer tie rod ends on both sides.
11. Install and connect the motor section.
12. Secure the new steering gear in its original position.
13. Reinstall the back panel and reconnect the steering gear to the vehicle.
14. Secure the outer tie rod ends on both sides.
15. Install the front wheels.
16. After replacing the steering gear, perform a four-wheel alignment for safety.
