MICRO V2 PNEUMATIC VACUUM FOR POWDER COATING
The Insandity Fab Micro V2 Pneumatic Vacuum is designed for precise removal of uncured powder coating from small, detailed, and hard-to-mask areas before curing.
The Micro V2 is a major redesign of our original Micro V1. The updated all-in-one design provides an all-in-one vacuum performance along with a larger-diameter powder collection canister, while retaining the proven precision vacuum handle used with our other vacuum system.
NO SHOP VAC REQUIRED
The Micro V2 generates its own vacuum using compressed air. Simply connect it to your regulated shop air supply and you're ready to work.
This system is designed specifically for precision powder removal from areas such as:
- Engraved lettering
- Logos and recessed details
- Two-tone wheels
- Tight corners
- Small masked areas
- Detailed metalwork
- Areas that are difficult or impossible to mask

BUILT-IN POWDER RECLAIMING
Removed powder is directed into the included collection container rather than being exhausted around the part you are working on.
This helps keep your work area cleaner and reduces the powder cloud that can occur when trying to remove uncured powder from detailed areas.
Whether you choose to reuse reclaimed powder or dispose of it is up to you.
EASY TO INSTALL & USE
The Micro V2 arrives nearly fully assembled.
Simply:
- Connect your compressed air supply to the supplied 1/4" air fitting
- Adjust the included airflow control valve
- Select the appropriate precision nozzle
- Adjust vacuum flow as needed
- Start removing powder
We recommend regulating the incoming air supply to a maximum of 60 PSI.
The powder reclaimer features strong magnets on the back, allowing it to attach directly to a steel powder coating booth or other steel surface.
Don't have a metal booth? A steel plate can be mounted nearby to provide a magnetic mounting surface.
The Micro V2 can also be mounted using two screws if you prefer a permanent installation.
PRECISION VACUUM HANDLE
The included vacuum handle makes it easy to precisely control where powder is removed.
The handle:
- Accepts multiple interchangeable precision nozzles
- Includes magnetic storage for convenient placement on steel surfaces
- Holds the included flashlight
- Makes detailed powder removal easier to see and control
The flashlight uses a replaceable AAA battery, so when the battery runs low, simply replace it and keep working. A light diffuser is also included to help spread the light more evenly across the work area.

Every Micro V2 is assembled and tested before shipment so it arrives ready to be put to work.
The primary vacuum components are currently manufactured from durable PETG, allowing us to produce a lightweight, strong, and purpose-built tool specifically for powder coating applications.
Built for shop use.We manufacture the primary components from durable PETG instead of choosing a material simply because it's cheaper or easier to print. PETG provides better toughness and temperature resistance than standard PLA, making it a better fit for a tool designed to live in a powder-coating shop. Rest assured, this is a quality product that can be used for years to come. Replacement parts are available if you ever need them.
Each unit is personally assembled, tested, packaged, and shipped by Insandity Fab.
