Rare vintage Pioneer TVX-9500 TV Sound Tuner, made in Japan. This example is new old stock in the original box and includes the original manual/documentation.
The TVX-9500 was designed to receive VHF/UHF television audio and route the sound through a home stereo system. It is an unusual late-1970s Pioneer component and is increasingly difficult to find complete with its original packaging.
Estate Sale Find: I personally purchased this unit from an estate sale. When purchased, the original Pioneer box was already open and was not factory sealed. Based on the condition and contents, the unit appears to be new old stock; however, I cannot verify its complete history or guarantee that it was never previously removed from the box.

Condition: New old stock / open box.
