This Pelican 1690 is in good condition. All of the wheels, latches, and handles are in good working condition. There are scratches and scuffs from previous use and storage. There is a fair amount of sun fading that is all cosmetic and does not affect the quality of a Pelican case.
The inside of this case has foam glued in to both the lid and the base.
