Stunning Pair of Murano Italian Art Glass Multicolor Bottle Vases – Hand Blown
Beautiful matched pair of hand-blown Murano glass vases featuring a striking geometric color-block design in rich orange, ruby red, burgundy/plum, and very dark purple/black tones.
Each vase has a rounded, almost spherical body with a dramatically elongated tapered neck. The colored glass is arranged in broad vertical sections that radiate around the vessel, creating a bold optical effect that changes depending on the angle and lighting. The glass has a beautiful high-gloss finish and wonderful depth and translucency.
The underside shows evidence consistent with hand-blown construction, including a finished/polished base area and pontil-related workmanship. Because these are handmade, there are subtle variations between the two pieces, which adds to their character.
