For sale is a beautiful, matching pair of vintage 1980s Chinese wall hanging panels featuring exquisite hand-painted birds, lotus flowers, and bamboo over a textured faux gold-leaf background panel.
Origin & Age:
Calligraphy indicates a cyclical date matching 1988. Features the traditional artist signature and red seal/stamp.

• Framing & Condition:
Good vintage condition. Paintings show no major losses. A few areas with minor contact marks can be found on the artwork (see images) that are housed in solid lacquer-finished dark wooden frames with intact geometric brocade fabric borders. Complete cloth-backed dust covers on the reverse. Frames and cloth show some wear, consistent with its age to include some areas of minor discoloration and/or staining to cloth and a small approximately 1/8” x 2” loss of wood along the top right corner of the frame of the piece with the lotus flowers. Typical dings are present in the soft wood frames as well. Please look through images to fully understand their vintage condition.
• Hardware:
Includes the highly desirable traditional brass hardware and fabric borders. Clean linen-backed dust covers on the reverse. Ready to hang.
