Offered as a matched set are two vintage industrial photographs of Pittsburgh’s steel mills, captured by renowned New York photographer Art d’Arazien.

1. “Steel at Twilight” (1953) – Large print measuring 24\" x 27\", presented with a 2\" white mat. This iconic image of the Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation’s Pittsburgh Works was created using multiple long exposures on 8x10 Ektachrome film to capture the glowing blast furnaces, city skyline, and moving trains.

2. Companion Steel Mill Print – Measures 15\" x 18.5\", showing a detailed nighttime view of the mill complex along the river.

Condition: Both prints are framed and in good vintage condition, showing minor age-appropriate wear. The original printed description (shown in photos) detailing d’Arazien’s photographic process is included.
