PC Racing FLO Spin-On Stainless Steel Oil Filter – Polished The FLO oil filter is a reusable, high-performance spin-on filter built from laser-cut, medical-grade type 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth. The filter element provides consistent filtration down to 35 microns (absolute, 1-pass test) and maintains consistent flow under all conditions, including extreme heat, the presence of water, and cold start-ups. - Filter element constructed from type 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth
- Filters down to 35 microns
- Pleat seam is welded and able to withstand up to 600 degrees
- Super-strength nickel-plated neodymium rare earth magnet installed in the top of the element for magnetic pre-filtering
- Built-in 17 mm drilled hex nut for easy removal and race track safety wire
- Engineered bypass for proper differential pressures and consistent operation
- Twist-lock design for positive element placement and easy disassembly, inspection, and cleaning
- Quad-ring gasket for a doubled seal between filter and engine
- Gun metal anodized aluminum housing aids in heat dissipation
- Flows 7 times more than paper or synthetic filters
- Provides approximately 10 degrees of cooling
- Easily cleaned and reused
Cleaning Instructions Note the original filter position to ensure correct reinstallation. Clean filter at each oil change with solvent, contact cleaner, kerosene, or any other degreasing agent. Blow air through the filter from the inside out to remove small particles. Lubricate rubber parts with clean oil before reinstallation.
