This version of the famous painting has the male figure to be of a darker skin tone.
The painting itself has a gloss varnish, so it is reflective and a little shiny.
The painted wood frame is \'reclaimed\', and has flaws. It is not the most precise frame Ive ever seen, but I imagine it was handmade. It is unique, that is the only reason I kept it and used it.
Canvas panel / canvas board is canvas material wrapped onto a pieceof hard cardboard. It is not \'Stretched canvas\'. This will fit into most common frames easily found in stores.
Please forgive varied color brightness and contrast. Some of my photos are taken inside my home ( which has the lighting of a cave ) or outside in daylight, and may even be too bright.
I have been an artist all my life, but only in the last 3 years have I taken a more serious approach to it, and especiallyso in the last year. The sales of my artwork go to creating more artwork, and frames for others.
