This is an Odyssey White Ice D.A.R.T. 45” putter in Good condition. I originally bought it as a long belly putter, but it really could be used as a long putter. The putter face is in very good condition, as is the shaft. The rest of the putter head is in good condition as well. The grip is a bit worn and tacky due to being in storage, and provides a nice grip that would work well for some people, but could also be replaced because of its extra tackiness.
