A beautiful RC, Royal Ceramics large serving platter with Bamboo Pattern # 231 by Noritake Japan in the 1950s or 60s. This discontinued pattern is difficult to find, especially in pristine condition. Features a Silver Rim and light green lines that set off the bamboo pattern. This pattern has a classic, simple beauty that is both elegant and refined. Exquisite craftsmanship went into making this porcelain serving platter.Dimensions are 16.25 in long and 11.5 in wide.
Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or crazing. There are a few very shallow utensil scratches on the serving surface that are barely visible and do not touch the bamboo pattern. There is no visible wear of the silver edges. See detailed photos.
