Shorts arenew with tags; however, I obtain most of my new clothing items through various outlets, clearance centers, thrift stores, etc. Thus, they\'ve been sitting on the shelf for a bit (that\'s why they\'re so cheap), so you can expect some cosmetic dust - I recommend a quick laundering before extended wear.
