Up for sale is a highly collectible and rare Zenith Port Royal automatic timepiece from the 1970s. This watch is in New Old Stock (NOS) condition, completely unworn, preserving its historical authenticity straight from the past.
⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE ON THE STRAP CONDITION:
Due to decades of storage, the 100% original Zenith leather strap has naturally dried and become brittle over time, resulting in a tear near the buckle area.
The original stamped Zenith buckle and the original sales tag (showing 85.000 Drahmas) are included and in excellent condition.
The original strap will be securely included in the package as an essential collectible item to certify the watch's "unworn" factory status. For daily use, a strap replacement is required.
Key Features & Details:
The Case: A distinct 1970s TV-style case measuring 28mm x 33mm. It features a beautiful gold electroplated bezel and a stainless steel caseback stamped with Zenith's famous "Surf Stainless Steel Back" signature. The case is unpolished and carries its original lines; a light clean/polish can be done by the buyer if desired.
The Dial: A flawless, clean champagne dial with minimalist hour markers and a date window at the 3 o'clock position.
The Movement: Inside sits a premium Swiss Zenith automatic (self-winding) movement. It is currently untested for long-term service history but is running well and keeping accurate time.
