NOS Vintage NCR 8K x 8 Ferrite Core Memory Board:

Ten years ago I bought a case of core memory boards and am putting some up for sale here. The original seller described them as NOS boards from an early 70's NCR 250 system with 8K x 16 storage capacity. The board measures 7-3/4" x 5-7/8" and has two sets of 28-pins claimed to be interconnects to a memory driver board that sat atop this board. The pictured board included a QC tag indicating that the board passed functional testing with the board model number, test date and the tester ID number. Not all boards have a QC tag so if that is important to you, let me know so I can find one that has it. I removed the metal plate to take the picture of the core itselfwith two grids of 64 x 64 cores eachmeasuring 1-7/8" square .
I have not been able to confirm the storage capacity or if these are NCR boards or are from any particular system. They are a nice size for display purposes and the core area is very attractive and easy to view against the light background with the metal cover removed.
