How to:
Gently clean (alcohol or degreaser) intercooler surface so you won’t damage fins on your intercooler, make sure surface is dry. Make sure before applying transfer tape on vinyl nismo letters are removed. Don’t remove center piece on letter “O”. Peel the back paper on transfer paper and apply on stencil. Then peel the back paper of stencil and gently apply on desired are on intercooler. Use good amount of painters tape to avoid overspray. First initial spray must be very light, let it dry for 15mins and then apply another coat. Keep the same drying interval but don’t apply heavy coats. After removing stencil if there is overspray reached under stencil don’t worry, use acetone and carefully clean it off. Quick tip: If you notice your letters are not sharp enough after you removed the stencil, buy kids painting brush from walmart. Find any small cup where you can spray your black and red spray paints in. With painters brush dip into paint and applying on missed areas on your intercool. Be careful not to accidentally put your hand on fresh painted surface while doing correction.
