This listing is for a new genuine Honda carburetor assembly for the models listed below. It comes complete and is ready to bolt on to the ATV. The carb dimensions are also similar to part number 16100-HN1-013 and its former supersessions. This is a great way to save time and expense on a carb clean/rebuild. If you have carb related runnability issues then this should solve them. Be careful for other sellers who sell cheap Chinese carburetors that claim they will work on this ATV as your ATV may run worse than before. If you are purchasing this for the 99-04 TRX400EX, there are 4 main differences to take note of.
1. For custom tuning (not necessary for simply replacing your stock carb), the Jet Needle is adjusted using shims instead of adjusting the \"c\" clip.
2. For performing the \"Lean Idle Drop\" the pilot screw uses Honda\'s Patented \"D\" shaped head that is standard on all current Honda carbs instead of the old style flat head style.
3. The fuel intake spigot is larger than that of your original carb and will require the fuel line that is OEM for the later years. To check our stock of this fuel line Click Here
4. This Genuine Honda carburetor comes at a much better price than the original for your 99-04, yet the changes above are the things to take note of. We have sold hundreds of these for \"plug and play\". May require re-jetting for modified quad\'s.
