  Installation Steps for Motorcycle Engine Oil Radiator:

  1. Drain engine oil and remove the original oil lines/block-off plate.
  2. Mount the oil radiator onto the motorcycle frame with supplied brackets.
  3. Connect the inlet and outlet oil hoses between engine and radiator.
  4. Refill the specified engine oil, check all fittings for leaks.
  5. Start the engine, re-inspect oil leaks and confirm normal temperature.

  Working Principle of Motorcycle Engine Oil Radiator:

  Hot engine oil flows out of the engine into the oil radiator. Air passing through the radiator fins takes away heat from the oil. The cooled oil flows back to lubricate and cool engine internal components. It keeps engine‑oil temperature within a safe range, prevents oil degradation and overheating.

  Precautions for Replacing Motorcycle Engine Oil Radiator:

  1. Ensure the engine is fully cool before disassembly to avoid hot‑oil burns.
  2. Match correct hose orientation for inlet and outlet; reversed connections cause poor cooling.
  3. Tighten hose fittings and bracket bolts to proper torque; over‑tightening cracks threads.
  4. Refill with the required grade and volume of engine oil after installation.
  5. Run the engine and inspect all joints for oil leaks before road test.
  6. Confirm radiator has no contact with moving parts to prevent abrasion damage.
