Manifold has been carefully restored to factory condition.This LD340 has been finished in a beautiful (Blasted Aluminum Eastwood PowderCoated Durable Finish) in house here at our restoration shop. Each intake manifold we restore is carefully inspected for flaws and repaired as required (Threads/Mounting Surfaces/Etc).Gently bead blasted, etched with proper cleaner to promote powdercoat adhesion along with Eastwood PowderCoat (Blasted Aluminum) then a final inspection and in depth hot water bath cleaning process along with the final drying/blowout inspection.Direct bolt on application ready to go out of the box.
This LD340 intake manifold does have a few flaws due to its age (40 years plus). There is a weld on back of manifold that appears to have been repaired(Picture 8/9/10).Personally believe this was a factory flaw that was repaired in house at Edelbrock. Weld is extremely professional done and when installed in vehicle is not noticeable or altered operational requirements (This manifold was installed on my personal vehicle and switched back to factory stock) never knew about the weld.Along with weld there is slight pitting around water jacket area(Common on aluminum intake manifold) and a few nicks in areas see pictures please.
