This is a Montblanc Generation Olive Green fountain pen.
The Generation was a series produced by Montblanc from around the late 1990s to the early 2000s. Unlike the Meisterstück series, it features a more modern and lightweight design. The series has since been discontinued.
This model features an olive green body with gold-colored clips and rings. The deep, subdued green color gives the pen a softer and more distinctive appearance compared with the classic black models. The cap top is adorned with Montblanc’s iconic white star emblem.
The Generation evolved from Montblanc’s earlier Classic and 200 series, featuring a more rounded body and contemporary design. Compared with the Meisterstück, it has a more casual character and is well suited for everyday use.
The pen is fitted with a 14K gold nib.
The nib size is B (Broad). It produces a wider, more expressive line, allowing you to fully enjoy ink shading and a smooth, rich writing experience. B nibs are less commonly found than finer nib sizes, making this a relatively rare and desirable option. It is especially well suited for signatures, letters, larger handwriting, and anyone who enjoys the character and flow of a broad nib.
The pen uses a cartridge/converter filling system, allowing you to use either bottled ink with a converter or convenient ink cartridges.
The condition is Near Mint. As this is a pre-owned item, there may be very minor scratches or signs of storage, but it shows very little sign of use and remains in exceptionally clean condition overall. Please refer to the photos for further details.
