DESCRIPTION
Vintage men’s oxblood / burgundy leather penny loafers in marked US size 9.5 D, featuring classic moc-toe construction, traditional leather soles, and old-school metal V-cleat heel plates.
These have the substantial construction and styling associated with better-quality American dress shoes from the mid-to-late 20th century, but I do not see a surviving maker or brand name on the shoes.
The combination of rich oxblood leather, penny-loafer styling, leather soles, and V-cleats gives these strong vintage menswear, Ivy League, trad, preppy, and collectible dress-shoe appeal.
