Great for America\'s 250th anniversary, these two vintage high school textbooks from 1960 and 1961, one from a Los Angeles public school, provide fascinating overlay maps of industry, climate, and other conditions. Both include Alaska and Hawaii, recently added states at the time.
These books are an interesting look at the USA at midcentury and have some surprises.
These are in good condition. The Magruder\'s is missing a blank page at the back -- please see photo. Magruder\'s has some personalization in the front flyleaf but is otherwise great. Several maps are in each book, including the overlap maps.
