This is the MTH Premier 20-3084-1 PRR M1b 4-8-2 steam locomotive. Originally delivered with MTH Proto-Sound 2,this locomotive has been professionally upgraded by an MTH Authorized Service Centerto Proto-Sound 3. The upgrade includesthe latest MTH M1b PS3 sound file with the quillable whistle feature. The model is aesthetically and operationally excellent. It has been recently bench tested with theMTH Digital Command System and all lights, sounds, smoke and other functionsoperate as they should. The engine is avery smooth runner (see the attached video) and has low run time with very little wear on the wheels / pickup rollers. Includesoriginal box and packaging.
