Classic LV Speedy 25 in monogram coated canvas with vachetta leather handles and trim. Approx. 9\" wide. Includes the original brass padlock (no key).
Honest condition — this bag was carried and it shows. The vachetta has aged to a deep, dark honey patina, and there\'s visible wear and darkening on the handles, handle tabs, and zipper pull tab. Canvas is in good shape with no peeling or cracking that I can see. Zipper works smoothly. Some softness/slouch to the body, which is normal for a vintage Speedy.
Interior is stamped LOUIS VUITTON / PARIS / made in France on the vachetta tab (photographed). No date code, which is consistent with earlier production — Louis Vuitton didn\'t begin using date codes until around 1980. Lining shows age with wear and some fraying around the interior tab. No stickiness or odor.
Not a \"like new\" bag — it\'s a broken-in vintage piece with real character. Priced accordingly.
