This is a lot of 38 untested assumed Non-Working mixed Generic Smartphones. 29 of the phones have front glass that is visibly cracked. Some have broken or missing back cases and several have missing batteries. As these are untested they could have multiple issues and all could be locked, managed, or unusable in some way and only good for parts.
