These are genuine Cold War-era Polish Unitra CEMI LEDs.CQYP-32 green x 1CQYP-33 yellow x 1CQYP-40 red x 1All from Unitra CEMI, Poland, with a listed forward voltage of 3.0 V and current of 20 mA, based on a 1979 Unitra catalogue.
The CQYP series is a very attractive and collectible range of vintage optoelectronic components. The gold-plated body and leads give them a proper laboratory / military-industrial / instrument-panel appearance, making them ideal for high-quality retro projects and restorations.
