This is a Lionel 1423W set originally produced in 1948. It includes the set box, 1655 Locomotive, 6654W Whistle Tender, 6452 Gondola, 6465 Sunoco tank car, 6257 Caboose, and individual component boxes for each train. 1423W-1: Has all of its flaps. The label was put on in the opposite direction of the manufacturer stamp. When orientated with the opened end of the box as the top, the label is right side up, and the stamp is upside down.
1655 Steam Loco: Runs and has working headlight. There are some minor blemishes, and one set of the numbers has a rub. Box: Has insert. One of the end flap tuck tabs is in rough condition.
6654W: Excellent condition, whistles. Box: Has insert. Over stamped number, must have been a Friday afternoon job since it is misaligned. One side of the box has a number written in pencil.
6465 Tank Car: Excellent condition
6452 Gondola: Numbered \"6462\". Excellent condition. Box: Both coupler flaps are detached. One end flap is missing the tuck tab.
6257 Caboose: Excellent condition. Box: Scarce Art Deco version of this box. It has a small tear on one end flap.
